Karam Kriya Session

Your date of birth reveals a lot about what you have come to live; the challenges you may be learning to transform, your unique gifts and how you can embody your destiny. In these sessions you are welcome to bring all of you and allow yourself to be deeply seen and heard by me, but also to be deeply seen and heard by yourself. In the 1 hour session we’ll explore your current life phase in conversation and some Kundalini yoga kriyas and meditations may be suggested.
