ABOUT
Saraswati Adi Kaur is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, nutritional scientist, and associate trainer with the KRI Aquarian Trainer Academy. Her approach blends joyful embodiment with soulful depth; guided always by love, intuition, and devotion to the Guru.
She has experience teaching across a wide range of communities, including adults with learning disabilities, and is a member of the Pericles Theatre Company - a unique ensemble that brings together professionals, amateurs, and differently-abled artists to create inclusive, heart-centred performance.
Saraswati Adi's passions span from biodynamic gardening and dancing to studying scripture, sisterhood, and her beloved dogs. Her teaching and life are animated by a deep calling to see a future rooted in equality, feminine wisdom, and divine connection.
She believes we are here to manifest heaven on earth; and that the time for the awakened feminine is now.
